Thus, a company covers both the renovation part and the energy upgrade part, without you coordinating with different partners.

How we work together

  1. Initial visit of a consultant to the property. Our partner visits the site, discusses your needs, and records the basic tasks you wish to have done.
  2. Product and material selection in the exhibition. Visit our showroom at 482 Mesogaiou Avenue in Agia Paraskevi and choose from a wide range of kitchens, bathroom fixtures, tiles, flooring, windows and other solutions for your home.
  3. Initial offer and coordination. Based on your needs and material choices, we prepare the initial commercial offer. If a technical assessment is required, we inform the collaborating engineer.
  4. Visit of an engineer to the site. The engineer performs the necessary technical recordings, measurements, and checks to evaluate the interventions that can be proposed.
  5. Proposal of interventions and costing of works. The engineer forms the technical proposal with the necessary interventions and the corresponding cost of work. The initial offer is finalized or adjusted as needed.
  6. File review and preparation. The required elements and supporting documents are examined and the Intervention Plan is prepared in accordance with the program’s requirements.
  7. Submission of the application. The beneficiary or the authorized person submits the application electronically to anakainisi.tee.gov.gr, together with the Intervention Plan and the supporting documents provided.
  8. Waiting for evaluation. After submission, the application is evaluated by the competent authorities. If additional information is requested, it is submitted in accordance with the program’s instructions.
  9. Implementation after approval. Once the funding is approved and the required steps are completed, we plan to carry out the work and issue the necessary documents.

Nasco Tip: Prepare the necessary documents: the Eligibility Certificate and any plans or titles you have for the house. This way, the offer comes out faster and more accurately. Contact us to find out more.
