The residential properties will follow in the next phase.<\/li>\n<li style=\"color: #000000; line-height: 1.7; margin-bottom: 14px;\"><strong style=\"color: #5f5f5f; font-weight: bold;\">Which houses:<\/strong> with a building permit until 1990, main areas up to 120 sq.m. (150 sq.m. for three- and four-generation families) and energy class G or lower.<\/li>\n<li style=\"color: #000000; line-height: 1.7; margin-bottom: 14px;\"><strong style=\"color: #5f5f5f; font-weight: bold;\">Subsidies:<\/strong> 70% or 80% depending on income, up to 95% with increments, and up to 36,000 \u20ac per dwelling. Additionally, up to 2,500 \u20ac for mechanics, freelancers, and permits.<\/li>\n<li style=\"color: #000000; line-height: 1.7; margin-bottom: 14px;\"><strong style=\"color: #5f5f5f; font-weight: bold;\">What it covers:<\/strong> renovation (60\u201380% of the budget) and mild energy upgrade (20\u201340%), which raises the house\u2019s energy rating by at least one category.<\/li>\n<li style=\"color: #000000;
